Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man innerhalb von 15min in der Frankfurter Innenstadt. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet eine schnelle Autobahnanbindung. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist mit einem Ledersofa, einem Sideboard mit Flatscreen-TV und einem Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen, einem eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm), eine Kommode und ein Kleiderschrank. Das große Badezimmer mit Tageslicht verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, hier steht auch die Waschmaschine. Die komplette Wohnung ist mit elektronischen Rollläden ausgestattet. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse, welche als Freisitz genutzt werden kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden dem Mieter gestellt. Alle 14 Tage wird eine Reinigung durchgeführt, dieser ist verbindlich und in der Miete inklusive. Die einmalige Endreinigungsgebühr beträgt 130 Euro. Internet ist in der Miete inbegriffen.
